Refund policy

**Seeds & Live Gardening Products**

  • Due to the **perishable and seasonal nature** of seeds, **returns or refunds are not applicable** once opened or used.
  • All seeds are collected from reliable sources with 90% to 100% germination results. Germination depends on multiple factors such as soil, climate, watering, and care; therefore, we do not guarantee 100% results.

**Non-Perishable Items (Pots, Tools, Accessories)**

  • Returns are accepted within **3 days of delivery** if the item is:
  • Recieved Damaged
  • Incorrect by our fault
  • Defective by manufecturing

**Return Conditions**

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Unboxing video or clear images are required for claims.
  • Inform us through whatsapp or e-mail. after recieving damaged, incorrect or faulty item. 

**Refund Process**

  • Approved refunds will be processed within **5–7 working days**.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
